After working in the valeting section of two of the island's major garages, Richard set up his own valeting business in 2004 and this became OutShine Vehicle Valeting in 2009. 

He comes from a family of classic car enthusiasts and has years of experience in preparing cars – especially to showroom standard. Most of all, he just loves cars and enjoys restoring them to a high standard of presentation.
